  • Parklawn Housing Development, 380 units of public housing for low-income families.
  • Southlawn Housing Development, 342 units for middle income families.
  • Westlawn Gardens, 250 units of family and elderly housing.
  • Neighborhood Improvement Development Corporation, 11 homes under a city of Milwaukee funded program for rent to own.
  • Townhomes at Carver Park, 122 unit mixed income tax credit family housing.
  • Highland Gardens and Family Development, 114 public housing/ tax credit elderly units and 56 public housing (Highland Homes) family units.
  • Rev. Davila Village Family Housing, 13 low-income family units. Owner is United Community Center
  • UCC Village, 20 low-income elderly housing units. Owner is United Community Center.
  • Cherry Court Housing Development, 120 units of elderly/disabled housing and 51 scattered site homes.
  • Convent Hill, 120 elderly units. 40 elderly units owned by Friends of Housing.
  • VA Surgeons Quarters, 13 unit single resident occupancy (SRO) for homeless individuals.
  • Project Restore, 49 family units that help families and individuals transition from homelessness. Owner is National Development Corporation
  • South Side Scattered Sites, 58 scattered site low income homes.
  • HACM Scattered Sites TC, 24 3- bedroom homes. Owner Housing Authority.
  • Scattered Sites II TC, 24 3 and 4 bedroom homes. Owner Housing Authority.
