Scattered Sites II

Scattered Sites II At-A-Glance

Scattered Sites housing is just what the name implies, they are single family houses “scattered” throughout the City of Milwaukee, designed to accommodate large families in affordable housing. We offer one to five bedroom homes based on family composition. The rent varies depending on which housing program you are eligible for.

Each Scattered Site home is completely carpeted, has two spacious bathrooms, and comes with stove, refrigerator microwave oven, central air and laundry hookups on the first floor, There is also a detached garage with each home.

Residents are responsible for paying their utilities and must maintain your yards during the summer and remove snow from the sidewalks during the winter.

Pets are permitted upon prior written permission from the property manager. Residents may have a maximum of two pets weighing no more than 30 pounds. Only one can be either a dog or a cat. They must have a license and current vaccinations.

There is a Resident Council, which works closely with management and residents. The Council meets once a month with residents and property managers where they have an opportunity to dialogue about matters of concern from both management and residents.

Our Public Safety officers are available 24/7 to respond to emergency calls from residents . Residents may call after regular business hours when the management office is closed, for any emergency situations at the residence.

Because our houses are “scattered”, you are never too far from bus stops, churches, schools, grocery stores, hospitals, parks and playgrounds.

Living in our Scattered Sites is the next best thing to owning your own home. And we hope that by residing in such a beautiful house it will be the inspiration that you need to set goals to buy your own home. Until then you and your family are welcomed to join our community. We are your “FRIENDS OF HOUSING”
